How do I book a repair?
Use the booking form at the top of this page. Choose your appliance, tell us what it’s doing, pick a day and time window, and add your address. We’ll confirm by email or phone. You can also just call us.
When are you available?
Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We don’t schedule visits on Sundays. Online booking offers three windows a day: 8 to 11 AM, 11 AM to 2 PM and 2 to 5 PM.
Which areas do you serve?
All of North County San Diego, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Valley Center and Rancho Santa Fe.
What should I have ready?
The brand and model number help most. On a refrigerator you’ll usually find the label inside the fresh-food section on a side wall. Also note what the appliance is doing, when it started, and any error code on the display.
How much will my repair cost?
A diagnostic visit is $89 for residential properties and $129 for commercial properties. That covers your technician identifying the problem and explaining your repair options. The full repair cost depends on the appliance, the problem and the parts it needs — call (858) 901-0025 and we’ll talk it through, or book a visit and your technician will explain your options after the diagnosis.

Yes. NordMan Appliance Repair is licensed and insured.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs come with a 60-day warranty. If something isn’t right with a repair within 60 days, call (858) 901-0025.
Is my refrigerator worth repairing?
Often, yes. It depends on the age of the appliance and what has failed. After the diagnosis, your technician can help you weigh repairing against replacing.
